🎧 How to Listen to Your Downloaded Album
Thanks so much for supporting Day’s Work Done! If you ordered the digital download, you received a .zip file with all 11 songs in high-quality audio format.
Here’s how to open and enjoy the music on your device:
💻 On a Computer (Mac or Windows)
Locate the ZIP file you downloaded
It usually ends up in your Downloads folder and is named something like DaysWorkDone.zip.
Unzip the file
Mac: Just double-click the file and it will extract into a folder with the album name.
Windows: Right-click the file and choose “Extract All…” then follow the prompts.
Play the music
Open the new folder and double-click any of the songs to play them using your default music player (like iTunes, Windows Media Player, or VLC).
To import into a music library (like iTunes/Apple Music)
Open your music app
Drag the album folder or song files into the library
The album should now appear under your music with the title, artwork, and track names
📱 On a Phone or Tablet
To listen on your phone, you’ll need to transfer the songs from your computer:
Option 1: Add to Apple Music (iPhone/iPad)
Follow the steps above to unzip the files and add the songs to Apple Music on your computer
Connect your iPhone via cable or Wi-Fi sync
Use the Apple Music app or Finder/iTunes to sync the album to your phone
Option 2: Add to a Streaming App (e.g. VLC, Vox, or Google Drive)
Upload the album folder to a cloud service (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.)
Download the files on your phone using the mobile app for that service
Open them in a music app like VLC for Mobile, Vox, or CloudPlayer
